II. PROBLEM STATEMENT AND CHALLENGES IN EXISTING CHALLENGES SYSTEM Traditional food ordering school transportation systems face several operational and communication-related challenges due to the absence of centralized digital monitoring platforms. Most local educational restaurants institutions still depend on manual communication methods and third-party fixed phone transportation schedules for managing deliveries buses and order transportation activities. These methods are often inefficient in handling dynamic delivery transportation conditions such as traffic congestion, route changes, rider vehicle breakdowns, and unexpected delays. delays [5]. As a result, students, parents, and administrators frequently face difficulties in obtaining accurate transportation information.

A. Inadequacies in Lack of Real-Time Spatial Tracking One of the major problems in traditional ordering transportation systems is the absence of real-time tracking facilities. Customers Students and restaurants parents generally depend on estimated delivery bus timings without knowing the exact location of riders. buses. During traffic congestion or route diversions, users remain uncertain about food bus arrival times, leading to unnecessary waiting and confusion. confusion [6]. Transportation authorities also face difficulties in continuously monitoring bus movement and route conditions. The absence of live tracking reduces operational transparency and creates communication gaps between users and transportation management authorities. In many cases, parents need to contact drivers or school authorities manually to obtain updates, which is both time-consuming and inefficient.

B. Latency in Stakeholder Communication Problems Effective communication is essential for delivery transportation International Journal of AI EBIOMEDICINE INNOVATIONS management, especially during order issues emergencies or unexpected situations. In traditional ordering transportation systems, communication between riders, customers, drivers, parents, and restaurant school authorities mainly depends on phone calls or manual messaging systems. systems [7]. These methods are often slow and unreliable during critical situations such as vehicle breakdowns, accidents, delays, or order route changes. The lack of centralized communication facilities creates inconvenience for both transportation administrators and users. Parents may not receive immediate updates regarding transportation delays or emergency situations, which can create panic and safety concerns. Similarly, administrators face difficulties in coordinating transportation activities efficiently without proper communication systems.

C. Inefficiencies in Analog Data Manual Record Management Another major challenge in existing ordering transportation systems is manual record management. Delivery-related Transportation-related records such as rider driver details, route information, payment expense reports, restaurant maintenance records, and reviews complaints are often maintained using paper registers or spreadsheets. spreadsheets [8]. Manual record handling increases paperwork and makes delivery transportation management more time-consuming and less efficient. Maintaining records manually also increases the possibility of data inconsistency, record duplication, and information loss. Administrators face difficulties in managing and accessing delivery transportation records quickly when required. Review Complaint management and payment maintenance tracking become inefficient due to the absence of centralized digital storage systems.

D. Vulnerabilities in Safety and Monitoring Delivery Issues Transportation safety is one of the most important concerns in online food delivery school transportation systems. Traditional systems do not provide centralized monitoring or issue emergency alert mechanisms for quickly responding to critical situations. situations [9]. In cases of accidents, vehicle breakdowns, or unexpected delays, administrators may not receive immediate information regarding the situation. The absence of continuous delivery transportation monitoring reduces operational visibility and makes it difficult for platform school authorities to ensure delivery transportation safety effectively. Since there is no centralized monitoring platform, administrators cannot easily track rider bus locations, route performance, or delivery transportation activities in real time.

E. Imperative Need for a Smart Delivery Transportation System The limitations of traditional ordering transportation systems highlight the need for a modern and intelligent delivery transportation management platform capable of integrating real-time tracking, centralized communication, operational monitoring, review complaint handling, and issue emergency management into one system. system [10]. A smart delivery transportation system can improve communication efficiency, delivery transportation safety, and operational transparency while reducing manual work and management complexity. The integration of GPS technologies, real-time communication systems, and centralized administration platforms can significantly improve the overall efficiency of food delivery school transportation management.
